Website is not opening. Backups cannot be done. Account is active

Hi there,

My Web URL is: “www.muxinfotech.com”
Account Status: Active
Name servers are still there in Godaddy Name Servers list.
Unable to open the website or download any doc/file through File Manager or FTP client.

does that displays any errors since you cannot access File Manager or FTP client.?

I have deleted the name servers and added again just now.
No error pops up while using ftp client. It just keeps processing.

Monsta FTP can’t process big files. I suggest using a normal FTP client instead.

try using File zilla! since it can handle uploading big files

Site data is downloading using Filezilla. Thanks.
I will wait and see when the NS would be updated and would let you know weather domain redirection works or not.
