@Admin After I’ve added all the sub domain files to the addon domain, I’m getting a 403 forbidden error. I am unable to view my website. Solution please?
What is your website’s URL?
Can you also share a screenshot of the contents of your htdocs
folder?

I have just removed and added the addon domain again. Therefore, the website display will take a while.
Thank you.
I can see you’re having your website’s content inside a second /htdocs
folder (the path is DOMAIN/htdocs/htdocs
). If you go to https://DOMAIN/htdocs/, your site works fine.
You’ll likely need to move the content to the parent htdocs
folder (so DOMAIN/htdocs/
) and delete the child one afterwards.

Thanks, I’ll try this and check again.
