I created a website using profrehost on url
cmritantiragging.unaux.com
recently i copied all the data from that url to my new url created using the infinity free. Few days back the unaux came online and free.nf showed blank url and now both the urls are down
Can you suggest me better solution on this #admin

you should sort it our with profreehost then. though they run on the same platform, i don’t think someone here can help.

The unaux.com domain does not appear to have any information, and the WHOIS info shows:

Domain Status: clientHold https://icann.org/epp#clientHold

So I think the domain unaux.com was suspended by their registrar NameSilo. That’s something the owner of ProFreeHost needs to take up with NameSilo. Both we, nor the maintainer of the hosting platform, can help with this.

i tried transfering the data using smartftp it worked and it stopped working suddeny so i installed wordpress on this url again but i lost all my data so i am transfering the data again will you let me know how can i use the free.nf as my url fr my website

I downloaded all the files from the control panel but it is asking me the databases in the format of sql and that website’s control panel is showing error when I’m downloading files in zip files

Even if I want to transfer my website to your url I need that old url unaux.com to get working again so that I can use plugins to transfer website using API keys.

Is there any alternate ways to do this transfer.

Downloading files works best with a desktop FTP client like FileZilla, and you can export your database through phpMyAdmin. Please see this article:

As long as you can transfer the files and database, you shouldn’t need to have access to your old site to migrate it. And you definitely don’t need any plugins to transfer your website.
