When it was first uploaded it appeared to be working, but we noticed that it is no longer accessible.
I have gone through the steps on the page:
“There is no data to display” to try to create an SSL certificate, but clicking on GenerateKey, filling in the form on “http://cpanel.epizy.com/panel/indexpl.php?option=sslconfigure&domain_name=ktarchitecture.com.au” doesn’t produce any result, despite numerous attempts. I’m really not sure where the problem is, or are there multiple issues here ?

You must first upload your private key. And only after uploading your private key, you upload your certificate.
