Website is always blanks and keeps redirecting

When I try to access my website, it keeps refreshing on a blank page and everytime it says “loading website” then redirects me to a super sketchy url like DNS Resolution Error - Domain Not Found, Or Domain not added to hosting account…

I have an index.php and a index.html in the htdocs.

It is a new website with a domain InfinityFree suggested.
