I did some research and it seems that was website was suspended for some reason. Could I have a zip file of all of my files so I can host it somewhere else? Thank you @Admin

If it’s temp suspension, wait 24hrs for it to be lifted.

idk if it is a temp suspension
i get like 10 unique visitors a week and use barely any php and less than 10mb of files
i accessed it through ftp and copied the files, would still like a backup though

This could be anything. The file manager is notoriously bad at providing usable error messages.

If you get an error like this, here are some things you can do:

  • Check whether your hosting account is active in the client area.
  • Try to connect with a desktop FTP client like FileZilla.
