WEBSITE DOMAIN CAN'T FIND SERVER, DOMAIN IP address: 403 Forbidden

My domain name www.kemtech.cf is giving a can’t find server error:

I ran a DNS Lookup based on this forum results and my Domain is active:

DNS PHOTO LOOKUP

I used the domain name IP address: http://185.27.134.221 based on the info from DNS Lookup. I received a 403 Forbidden Error. There are no themes or heavy files in my htdocs. My FTP documents are images, HTML, CSS: Bootstrap, & Javascript nothing fancy :/. Or am I being forced to use a generic theme with WP rather than code?

There is my quick reply. For me it’s working fine; can you please use incognito mode, cancel your browser cache by using CTRL + F5 or set up 1.1.1.1 on your device?

This sounds like a classic case of DNS caching issues (you know, the ones described in the blue banner currently visible in your client area).

The DNSWatch screenshot shows that your domain name is resolving to our servers, which means everything is configured correctly, and this is a problem on your end.

And the 403 Forbidden error is normal. We host many different websites on a single IP address, and we don’t know which website to serve if you visit the IP address directly. So the error doesn’t say anything about any website on that IP address, including yours.

I added 1.1.1.1 DNS to my Mac because I had already done the DNS caching. But I did it a second time to be sure. It showed on my laptop for one day then started with the DNS issues again. Now when I type in kemtech.cf in incognito I get the below page, and a icon saying resolving host. and nothing happens.

  1. If I type in kemtech.cf on my work laptop it takes me to a google search. (its impossible for me to do a DNS cache on every system in the world) I asked a friend of mine whom I knew had not visit the site to search it, and it is taking them to a search engine page for kemtech.cf no website.

  2. www.kemtech.cf is not working on mobile devices for Samsung devices. It is being sent to a google search. On iPhone, Safari: can’t open the page because the server cannot be found.

This is what is shown when typing kemtech.cf in incognito. Remember I have already done the caching issues and added the 1.1.1.1. Worked for 1 day only. I did not change anything to make it revert back, as I know it will be said it is something on my end.

If it’s being sent to a Google search, please check how your browser interprets what you enter. Most browsers have an “omni bar” which means you can enter URLs and search queries in the same bar. The browser should then recognize whether you’ve entered a URL or a search query, and handle it appropriately.

If you enter a domain name and see search results, that means your browser does not recognize what you’ve entered as a website. If so, double check you didn’t add any space characters to what you’ve entered, or try to enter http://kemtech.cf instead.

I opted to use another web host and the site is working with no issues on all platforms. I deleted all content and domains from infintyfree and will await the 60 days for account to be deleted.
