When i try to open my website’s disk through ftp it is empty and when i try to add something to it, it says permission denied

I have had issues before with MonstaFTP and file manager. Usually the problem is that my session expired on InfinityFree.com site. I close out MonstaFTP / file manager. Then I log back into my InfinityFree account and click the File Manager button. After I refresh my session like this, it usually starts working again.
