Hi Team,
It appears my website has completely disappeared and now just displays the landing page for new accounts.
has my website been completely deleted or lost somehow? I never had any emails stating it was being deleted/deactivated. I’ve checked the deactivation history and my account is still showing as active. Any thoughts on what’s happened?
Is there a way to restore the website?

Please have a look at the pinned topic. Your site was affected by an outage, and unfortunately your content was lost: If you have a backup or can restore the site via the database contents (which were left intact) you’re lucky, but if not, there is nothing that can be done but recreating your website from scratch.

Thankfully I have a 6 month old backup so I’ll cross my fingers and load up FileZilla!
