Website Database limit exceeded

So this is my website - virtualgrid.rf.gd
In the website, I made it like users can post their files and I’ll show it in a grid. Idk why but Now it says Domain Suspended

This domain is suspended for reaching server limits or similar.

The prob I’ve is I didn’t upload that much files to the SQL database.

Non-existent domain names may also show suspension pages. So that’s why you see that page.
