Website completely unreachable on vol10_3 for over 12 hours

My website http://school360.free.nf has been completely
unreachable for over 12 hours. The browser tries
to connect but the loading bar never moves -
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.

I tested multiple browsers, multiple direct file
URLs - all give the same result. Even a simple
test.html file cannot be reached.

File Manager opens fine and Health Check shows
“No issues found”, but the site is completely down.

All resource usage is at 0% (CPU, RAM, I/O,
Entry Process Failures).
