but my domain is verified and confirmed here also

Please try uploading your files via desktop FTP software, the online file manager is a bit buggy

Please read the article that I shared, I believe you are connecting incorrectly, your domain is not the hostname.

Please make sure to use the FTP hostname ftpupload.net for the FTP connection. Using your own domain for the FTP hostname will not work.
