I’ve successfully created a website using the Infinity Builder but i now want to make an amend, do I just amend, save & publish again? Many thanks.

Yes, that’s exactly how you can make changes. While you may be able to edit the generated files directly, they were never generated for that purpose and any changes you make there are not reflected in the builder.
