Hello,

My account if0_40997740 (website: TuPcIdeal.gt.tc) is currently suspended for 24 hours. I understand I can wait, but I need access to my website files and database as soon as possible.

Is it possible to get a backup or temporary access to download them?

I can access both FTP and the File Manager, but I am unable to download my files properly. In File Manager, downloads give an error, and in FileZilla the transfer starts but takes a long time and eventually fails with an error.

Is your account currently suspended or not?

If it’s currently suspended then you aren’t supposed to be able to access anything.

No like earlier i tried it when i wasn’t suspended i got my self suspended so i can try to make a ticket because 1 month ago when you get suspended you were avaiable to make tickets and you can request backup there

You can only make support tickets for backups when you recieve a permanent suspension. Temporary suspension doesn’t give you access to the ticket system and you can only wait it out.

It doesn’t matter since i tried to download it throught file manager and ftp and it didn’t let me so yeah

Yes, that’s intentional. Once the suspension ends you’ll be able to backup your site.

That’s precisely why we don’t offer the ticket option for the 24 hour suspensions: it’s only 24 hours. After that, you can just grab the data yourself.

Otherwise, you need to get the notification that your account is suspended, create the ticket, wait for staff to see the ticket, generate the backup and send you the link, and then you still need to get the reply and download the backup. All of that takes time, so there is a good chance that it doesn’t save you a lot of time, while being a lot more effort for everyone involved.
