Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.
Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.
Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.
Could you tell me the exact error code under “This site can’t be reached” (for example ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT, ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED or DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN)? Could you also run your address through check-host.net and tell me whether most locations show OK or fail? Those two things tell me whether the problem is on the server side or only on your connection.
The code matters because a DNS error means the problem is with the domain name. The other three mean your browser couldn’t connect to the server. This article describes those connection errors:
According to the article, if check-host.net shows most locations failing, the site or server has a problem. If most locations show OK, the site is up and something is blocking your connection to it. The block could be on your device, in your network or provider, or the server could be blocking your IP address.
Mobile data failing doesn’t rule out the last two. Some mobile providers filter sites, and a blocked IP address can also be shared. The article’s other steps, trying http:// instead of https:// and testing from your provider’s network with Globalping, would help narrow it down if check-host shows the site is up.
I checked http://onlineclassbooking.rf.gd using check-host.net. Most locations show OK with HTTP status 200, including Mumbai, India. The website still does not open for me, even on mobile data. Could you please advise what I should check next?
I also tried http://7cqoup9q.infinityfree.com/test.php, but it still says “This site can’t be reached.” Check-host.net reports HTTP 200 (OK) from most locations. Could you help me investigate why I cannot access the website?
