check that you’ve uploaded your files to the htdocs directory and that you have index.html or index.php (possibly others allowed)
I know from experience that index.htm doesnt work

It doesn’t still work. Maybe there are broken DNS records that forbid the access to the website without www. before the subdomain.
@anisd116, can you please remove the subdomain from the “Addon Domains” section of the Control Panel, and re-add it in the “Subdomains” section of the Control Panel, and after those re-upload those files in cafetest.epizy.com/htdocs/ folder? That should fix the broken records.

I checked your accounts, and I can only find the domain caftest.epizy.com, not cafetest.epizy.com. Can you please make sure you have a hosting account with this domain name?
