Today(20180916 - 10:29 CST) I tried to login my webmail. But after loggin in, I was surprised that all the mails are untitled. I ignored it as a small bug, but I found out I cannot open emails(Failed to load email from server), also I cannot send or receive any email.
I’ve looked at my cPanel, but all is good, I set MX correctly, and my account is not suspended. I also tried to delete and re-create my email account or create an email on another domain, but it still doesn’t work.
I thought the SMTP server is temporarily maintenance, but I am also able to connect it by myself.

It turns out the issue was caused by a storage issue on the mail server. A workaround has been implemented so everything should be working again now, but it could break again in the future, until a permanent solution is implemented.
And before you ask: no, I don’t know when that will be. E-mail is a secondary service for website hosting so fixing it isn’t as big of a priority.
