Hello. How can I set my display name in the identities tab of the webmail? It is grayed out

It appears that this option is currently disabled in our webmail installation. I’ll check with iFastNet to see if this is something that can be changed, because I personally don’t see any harm in letting your set the display name.

I’m sorry for the late response.

I’ve talked to iFastNet and it appears that this option was disabled deliberately. The risk of having people edit the identities, show false names and mislead people with that was considered too big, so that’s why you can’t set the sender name.
