I checked previous threads related to this particular problem and found that iFastNet is the one handling the database and everything. But that thread was months old and wanted to know if the issue is because I am doing something wrong or the problem is not yet fixed by iFastNet? Please let me know. Also, if the problem persists, is there a way I can have a different webmail client installed to the cpanel?

Thanks.

Same issues here as of this morning.

The problem is solved now everyone. Thanks admin. By the way, is there a way of forwarding the incoming emails to a gmail account? And then replying from the gmail account which will then route through this particular domain to the recipient’s address?

Thanks in advance.

There was a brief outage again on the mail server. Everything seems to be working again now.

You can use Forwarders feature in Email section on your cPanel menu.

That must use SMTP port: Send emails from a different address or alias - Gmail Help
But in this free hosting, SMTP isn’t available. Except the premium one.
Or using external email service.

That’s probably the best strategy you can use right now. But know that email forwarding across providers can be troublesome, with Gmail especially:

The best way to do this would be to use the POP import and SMTP sending methods from Gmail, but POP and SMTP are only available with premium hosting.
