How recently did you set up the site? DNS propagation can take up to 72 hours, so you might need to wait before you can access your site.

web.id isn’t an infinity free (or IFastNet) domain, so if there’s problems with web.id itself, thats not something we can help with.

The website has been up for more than a month, but I only encountered this issue today. In the DNS Status section, it says Current IP Address: Not Found, yet my other website with a web.id domain hosted elsewhere is accessible. My website with a .top domain hosted on InfinityFree is also accessible. So in my opinion, there seems to be a connection issue between the two.

But looking at the subdomain and the domain, I get DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Using a VPN, I get ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. I can’t seem to access WHOIS info for the subdomain, and this is what I get for web.id WHOIS:
