When accessing the server IPs directly (185.27.134.133 and 185.27.134.139), the browser returns:
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
The servers do not respond at all.

Both accounts are Active in the control panel.
File Manager is accessible in both accounts.
However, both origin servers are completely unresponsive, even when accessed directly via their IP addresses.
Since this affects two different hosting volumes, this appears to be a server or network issue rather than a configuration issue.
Could you please check if there is any outage affecting these servers?
