Visitors have a different experience on my website

Some of my website visitors get “Error 404 We couldn’t find that page.”

Other Information

Previously it was the same on my laptop, then I Clear State SSL and delete cache data and my website can be opened.
But when my brother tried to open it on another computer, my website got the error
