So, it turns out that UVDesk has been updated quite a lot recently, but Softaculous is showing it as over 2 years since last updated.
Any ideas?
Maybe they are not submitting the update to Softaculous? Try contacting their support.
I just checked our Softaculous installation, but it shows that the latest version available is version 1.0.13, which was released on April 2 this year.
Is it the application in Softaculous that’s not updated or your installation? Because if it’s the latter, you should really update your site. That should be as easy as clicking the upgrade button in Softaculous (although you should really have a backup, especially if you’re skipping many versions).

Ok. So the installation that I’ve got is 1.0.13.
But, it doesn’t give an option to install any apps.
