My website URL is an Internationalized domain name and the domain puny code(.xn–xkc2dl3a5ee0h). I am using puny codes whilst setting up a new account.
What I’m seeing is:
The custom domain does not match the format of a domain name. A domain name should look like “example.com” or “example.co.uk”.
can you clarify how i can set up this Internationalized domain name using puny codes please

Try to add xn--vkc6a5bzb2en.xn--xkc2dl3a5ee0h as domain if you haven’t tried this one 
have been using only puny codes and the message i get is “The custom domain does not match the format of a domain name. A domain name should look like “example.com” or “example.co.uk”.”
Then the domain name is not supported on this hosting if it contains all punycodes even in the domain extensions. Only punycodes in the domain name are supported, but if those were also on the domain extensions it’s impossible to add the domain on this hosting.
