Both websites are hosted on the same server and neither one responds through the web.
I have also tested the server using Nmap. Ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) appear to be unreachable/filtered from my connection.
I also tested the connection using PowerShell, and TCP connections to ports 80 and 443 fail with a timeout.
However, the hosting account itself is still accessible: I can access my files through the InfinityFree File Manager and I can also access my databases. Therefore, the problem appears to be specifically related to HTTP/HTTPS connectivity to the server rather than the website files or databases.
Could you please check whether there is any issue, outage, firewall block, IP/server problem, or other restriction affecting this hosting account/server?
This is urgent because both websites have been inaccessible since Friday.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving my server issue. Thank you in advance.
I understand, but it’s not working on any of my machines. I’ve already changed the firewall settings and tried using a VPN, yet it still doesn’t work. I’ve noticed that it sometimes reports an SSL error—that’s the error I keep getting—and I’ve also observed that the response takes more than 20 seconds to come through, And I don’t have anything on the http://sidmac2.lovestoblog.com/ domain at the moment since the project is still under development, but it never loads anyway—not even the cookies ever load.
Im setting the same as Greenreader9. This strongly suggests something on your network is blocking the connection. Usually if expect that to be bypassed by a VPN but you’ve said that doesn’t work…
Can you try a device connected to another network, such as a mobile phone on data and see if that works
If there isn’t an index file then nothing will load and you’ll get a 403 error
