Urgent : unable to access to my Website this morning

Hello,

My site URL = “https://photos-voyages.infinityfreeapp.com” became inaccessible overnight.

Here are the symptoms:

  • my account is marked as “active”.
  • The /htdocs directory is present with all files, including index.php.
  • But the site displays: “This site is inaccessible” on all browsers and it is also impossible to download the site files that I see in the /htdocs directory
  • DNS propagation is “broken” everywhere (tested via WhatsMyDNS → red crosses).
  • FTP access via FileZilla is also impossible.
  • I worked on the website yesterday and everything was ok.

Could you please solve that issue ASAP?
Thank you in advance for your help, I don’t want to lose my data and I need to be able to continue my work.

Many users are reporting downtime issues. Could you please check if nothing on your end like ISP is blocking access? Else, we’ve to just wait for Admin to find the root cause.

I have checked on my side and there is nothing blocking access. It worked for months until this morning. Even WordPress is no longer accessible.

There seems to be a wider issue with DNS resolution with infinity free subdomains. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon

I too am unable to access my site which until yesterday worked without any issues. Have made no changes at my end. As has been suggested, it is probably a systemic DNS resolution issue related to InfinityFree sub domains.

Hmmm… can’t reach this page

Check if there is a typo in www.fizgig.epizy.com.

  • Search the web for fizgig epizy
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I’ve got the same bug as you have ! My web site is “active” in control pannel but doesn’t work from Firefox nor Chrome, from Windows nor Android !

I to can can no longer access my site with filzilla. Page was uploaded and showed as pending now nothing loads. Need urgent help to rectify.

Hi, on my side this morning, I have again access to my Website. It seems that the DNS problem has been solved.

I was informed by iFastNet that this issue was caused by a network related issue. It was resolved yesterday evening (UTC).

The exact cause is still unknown, but accessing your website should work again.
