Hello Support Team,
I am facing a persistent issue with my website hosted on your server (sv101.ifastnet.com). Whenever I or any visitor tries to open the store, we are blocked by the pre-hosting anti-bot firewall and redirected to the cookies.html page showing the error: “Cookies are not enabled” / “ملفات تعريف الارتباط غير مفعلة”.
Please note the following to help diagnose the issue:
I have already verified that cookies are fully enabled on multiple browsers (including Google Chrome and Opera Mini), and the same error persists.
To ensure this is not a script error, I have completely deleted the index.php file from my directory, yet the cookies.html page still appears. This confirms that the block is happening at the server/firewall level before reaching my website files.
This issue started suddenly today, even though the website has been working perfectly fine for the past few months.
I have attached a screenshot of the error page for your reference. Could you please check the security rules or the anti-bot firewall settings for my account on server sv101 and resolve this block?
