My account has been suspended due to CPU limits, but I urgently need temporary access to retrieve my website files.

I have a delivery deadline tomorrow and currently cannot access File Manager or FTP.

Could you please temporarily unsuspend my account or allow FTP access so I can download my files?

Accounts cannot be reactivated earlier upon request. Hopefully you have a backup you can use for your presentation.

If you don’t have a backup, hopefully you can take this as a lesson to always have one - no matter who your hosting provider is.
