I tried uploading a new web page to the root folder, & the link gave me a error message. I then deleted the root directory & uploaded again, & now I can’t access the above file/page at all. I even tried uploading the new web page to another directory & nothing.

OK. Got the above url to load, but still can’t get the page I created to show. I get the following message. This site can’t provide a secure connection.
The url should be http://paulnew.epizy.com/Medicare/Compare/index.htm

I tried uploading the file to multiple folders & even a 2nd domain I have & it won’t load? Here is the Line with the hyperlink at the end of this sentence. The link doesn’t seem to work for me, but looking at the screenshot, I don’t see any “Compare” directory, only a compare.htm.
