Uploaded project not visible on the website

Hello world :slight_smile:

Newbie here trying to create a portfolio website and I have 2 projects I uploaded through Filezilla however I can’t find the option to make it visible on the website … I would like a button that if it’s clicked it opens up the project in a new tab.

I have used a wordpress template for the website (timeakiraly.infinityfreeapp.com)

I’m a little confused as to what you want. Your website seems to be working fine, but I know that’s not what you’re asking about.

I have not used WordPress in a long time, but can’t you just create a button to link to any URL?

So I have uploaded 2 projects one is called Gazetteer the other one is a memory game. You cant see those I assume you can only see the “portfolio” page which is a wordpress template really so I need to find a solution to show my above mentioned projects on the portfolio page .

The projects are sitting in htdocs folder

If you want to show your projects on a page in your WordPress site, you’ll need to add them through WordPress.

As to what you should actually add and how to add it, it depends on what the projects actually are. On the portfolio page, you could put the links to the projects.

If you uploaded the Gazetteer project to a folder called gazetteer in the htdocs folder, you can find it at http://timeakiraly.infinityfreeapp.com/gazetteer , and link to that from the WordPress page.
