Upload in file manager or in FTP client fails

Hi,

I wish to upload files for Wordpress but all the time there are errors and the files are not uploadet.
In Flilezila only 2 files are complete all other are with file size “0”.
If I upload with the file manager than all gets stuck and I get the error: Your FTP account quota has been exceeded.
Filezila upload after 5 min. uploading:

With other hostings that I have there is no problem.

I checked your account, and I see it’s hosted on hosting volume vol1_8, which was/is affected by an outage recently:

It’s possible that the issues you’re having are related. Seeing how it’s a new account, I would suggest to remove your domain from this account, and create a new account instead. That new account will most likely be assigned to a different server, which should not have this issue.

Maybe the internet provider is the problem .

I don’t think so. Admin stated very clearly that this is our issue, not yours.

If it was your ISP then the error message should be something different. Please wait until the issue gets resolved.
Before that, please don’t try uploading anymore.

That’s just my opinion. I’ve heard about iFastNet also recommending upload right away, so I guess there’s really no harm.
