Upgraded my hosting account

Dear Sir i have orderer premimum hosting plan through your capenl and i have upgraded it on monthly basis, the payment has also done with the same email, now what to do

I have also recieved payment confirmation email from IfastNet.com and now i do not know what to do next

Please do not suspend my website now, it is humbly request
