Upgraded from FREE to PREMIUM Account - but not reconised?

Yesterday, Upgraded from free account to premium hosting.

But altho money has been taken, my account details have not been updated ?

Is there a delay period before this is done ??

Did you raise support ticket to iFastnet about migrating your account?

I cannot find sending ticket to iFastnet in control panel, only option i see is to post on here :frowning: :frowning:

But I am new to all this, so I may not be looking in the right place, if you could guide me that would be awesome.

U can visit ifastnet site then click support tab! And raise the ticket with ur site details!
I can’t mention the URL here coz if I do then my reply will go under moderator approval!

I think I have done something wrong ? as I keep getting the following error when trying to goto website or installing software from Cpanel ??

Probally I have done or deleted something silly

Hey there, as you are a premium member now, you have access to one-on-one support at iFastNet. It is recommended you ask them your premium account questions, as some things are setup differently there. You can try this article and see if it works though!

You can’t use InfinityFree subdomains on IFastNet,
You have to purchase a domain.

Or use the free domain that comes with the premium iFastNet account.

Have been in contact with them over the last few days and we were just waiting on a domain issue to proper gate thru.

I gave just been online and everything tests out as it should.

It’s worth paying the premium just for the help desk alone !!
