i don’t have an ifast account when it updated? so yes I did contact you? when you upgrade a free account does it give you an ifast account?

Glad you figured it out, and sorry for not replying; I was just busy.
You have to create a new account for their support sytem (I guess you found that), just mentioning it so that anyone who sees this thread knows the answer.
