(WordPress has a number (28) of scheduled tasks which are overdue. Unless this is a development site, this means that the scheduler in your WordPress install is not working properly.)

Any type of scheduling and cron jobs are not enabled in free hosting, the use of backup plugins aren’t recommended as well due to them creating large files on the web server. Any files that exceeds the size limit will be deleted automatically so you ain’t achieving anything with this plugin installed.
To backup your files, create exports of your database regularly and download files from FTP.
