It’s been a few days I tried to update HTML files on my FTP, but they don’t update when I visit my website!
I tried to delete the files and sent new ones, but it didn’t work either…
Should I delete my account and create a new one then?

Deleting your account might work, it might not. But regardless of whether it does, it’s probably a lot of work with questionable rewards.
A few causes which come to mind:
- Your browser has cached the pages, so you could clear your browser cache.
- Your website is using Cloudflare and Cloudflare has cached the pages. Try enabling Development Mode when you’re making changes to your website.
- You put the content in the wrong files. This probably sounds silly, but I’ve seen people get files and directories mixed up many, many times.
But without knowing a URL, what content should be on it and what content you see on it right now, all anyone can do is guess.
