Problem:
I have updated the CNAME record _acme-challenge in CPANEL for domain XPLORR.EU.ORG (in order to generate new SSL keys):
_acme-challenge d3cd5060-17b8-4779-b09e-e972ca60a8b9.acmedns.infinityfree.net.
But even after waiting 1 day, the old _acme-challenge record is still present:
_acme-challenge 07usd1z2sjxc0g0oikid . acme . infinityfree . net
Try adding the record again after deleting the old record. Also remember that DNS changes take time, so be patient!
I have already deleted and recreated the _acme-challenge record 2 times, no success.
I waited 1 day.
I checked the DNS servers for my domain xplorr . eu . org:
ns1 . epizy . com
ns2 . epizy . com
ps. I had ssl keys before, without a problem, with an old _acme-challenge CNAME record
What? If I am correct, you cannot get a new ssl with an old _acme-challenge. Can you share a screen of the CNAME section of the control panel please?
Looks like you have it setup correctly now. Note that it can take 3 days to take effect. Please do not touch the record in the meantime.
Due to the outage from yesterday, some domain and DNS related data may still be outdated. iFastNet is working to correct all of this. Please have patience until this is fixed.
