I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with how you have handled my account. My website has been active for nearly a year, with users streaming and downloading content regularly. However, after I requested the removal of all my posts from your website, my entire website was suddenly suspended.
I don’t understand why this happened. Was my request to delete my posts the reason for this suspension? If so, that is completely unfair. I simply wanted my posts removed because they were appearing on your platform whenever people searched for my website. I was not comfortable with that, and I expected my request to be respected.
Instead, after you assured me that my posts could be deleted, I received an email saying my website had been suspended—no explanation, no warning. It wasn’t just a suspension; my site was completely locked. And now, you’re telling me that I cannot build or operate a streaming platform? Why? What rule did I break?
I have spent years—plus six months of relentless effort—building this website. I’ve invested so much money and time, only for you to take it all away in an instant. It feels like you have deliberately targeted me for no valid reason. If this is how you treat your customers, then I regret ever choosing your platform.
I demand a clear explanation and an immediate resolution. This is not just business; this is my hard work and livelihood at stake.
Infinity free isn’t inteded for file shareing or streaming. So this is more likely the problem.
If its a permenant suspension then you’ll be able to raise a help ticket in the client area to ask for more information, and request a reversal of the suspension.
If its a temporary (usually 24 hour) suspension, you’ll just have to wait it out.
As a business man myself, I would not entrust me entier business to a free hosting service. End of the day, infinity free is great, but you get what you pay for. As for your hard work, thats what backups are for.
–further comments–
I’ve just seen KangJL’s comment. And would like to echo what’s already been said. When you set up a site, you take full responsability for that sites content. If you choose to host an illegal steaming service, you are liable. Neither infinity free, nor IFastNet are going to be prepared to do that. so unfortunaitly this is your own doing
Piracy is a serious crime that you should have never committed. Seriously, why did you think it is right to share things that are protected by copyright?
The people that made the stuff you stole worked hard to make it. They deserve to be paid for their works. What you just did is steal the people’s works and distribute it illegally. These illegal distributions don’t pay these people.
No matter where you go to host your website, no matter what you do, Piracy is still illegal and will cause you a great deal of trouble.
If I were a hosting company, and I spotted that you were committing piracy on my servers, I would shut it down and press many criminal charges on you. Piracy is seriously bad, in the end you will find yourself in a lot of trouble.
You are lucky that all you got was a permanent suspension. You should have criminal charges pressed against you, but since InfinityFree doesn’t collect the required information for such, this is the punishment.
Go away!! A law breaker is a law breaker. No amount of explanation is justified for your actions.
By the way, if you are looking for someone else to say that you are doing good, lose that thought. Nobody here will say that it is okay to pirate.

There seems to be a misunderstanding. Infinityfree didn’t suspend your account just because your recent removal request was rejected. Infinityfree suspended your account due to a violation of the Terms of Service document.
Either the automated suspension system or someone else has detected the violation from your website. Let’s assume that the website has been working for nearly a year. Since you’ve posted some information about your website in the forum, then you should be prepared for consequences, including the possibility of getting suspended due to a report submitted by either one of the visitors from your website or any spectator of your posts in this forum. The @Admin probably noticed the existence of your website and inspected it.
It’s also suspicious that you want to remove the posts you’ve created in this forum that mention anything about the website all of the sudden. I don’t think it’s a coincidence at all.
Next time, kindly read the Terms of Service carefully before doing anything illegal. It’s sad that you’ve invested money and effort for that website but rules are rules. Please understand that the suspension is also necessary as part of the protection to the Infinityfree web hosting platform and to the users of this platform.
Disclaimer: I am neither a staff nor part of the Infinityfree’s official team. I guess @Admin will say something similar along those lines.
“I have spent years—plus six months of relentless effort—building this website. I’ve invested so much money and time”
The website which took “years—plus six months of relentless effort” looks similar to almost every other site out there, with all due respect to my fellow pasters, it seems you just stole half of your source for “your” website. It’s all straightforward in the end, you did something clearly against the T.O.S. and got your account suspended for it, with that being being said if you want the site source back , you can contact support and ask for a backup of your site.
II was really frustrated, and I won’t lie about it. I invested all my time and savings into this project. As I mentioned before, I’m not the owner—I’m just the builder. I created this website for someone else who wanted it.
Now, how am I supposed to explain to them that their website has been suspended? There was no prior notice, no warning—just a sudden suspension. This is really disappointing. I expected better from Infinity Free.
instead of resolving the issue, my website is gone, and people on this forum have started insulting me. Even the admin was present while I was being insulted, yet nothing was done.
Does this mean anyone can insult others here without consequences? Just because we don’t know each other personally doesn’t give people the right to be disrespectful. I spent months—years—building this website and investing money into it. This is truly unfair.
No, what happened to you is 100% fair. You broke the terms of service, you broke the law. It does not matter if it was “for someone else” or if you were “just the builder”. You broke the law by building it, you broke the law by hosting it.
Hopefully you can take this as a very important life lesson, don’t steal other people’s stuff and expect people to be ok with it. Piracy is not a victimless crime, and you are lucky nobody has taken legal action against you yet.
I highly recommend you tell the other person you will never work for them again, then lose their contact information. I also highly recommend that you stop building websites that violate the law before you get sued or land yourself in prison.
I wasn’t building the website for people to download for free I was building it so people can pay and watch so the artists and companies can also gain I never said I was stealing people content so stop it you guys never likes the black so I mute
Many (if not all) of the titles on your site are copyrighted. It does not matter if you are charging people to view them, you don’t own them, and I highly doubt you have permission to use them, you most certainly don’t have permission to profit off of them.
You can see why I called you all hypocrites. You blocked the reply because you know damn well you’re wrong. When the website was down, this community gave me advice and helped me fix it. But now, suddenly, it’s a copyright issue? That’s not fair.
I never published it out so I never make money out of anything
And is that why everyone on the forum start insulting is that what the community was created for just get out please am tried of explaining
You very much did publish it. It was publicly accessible and anyone on the internet could have seen it. It does not matter that it was not ready, it only matters that it was accessible.
In any case, that argument does not even matter because you violated the terms by (1) hosting copyrighted content, and (2) hosted a streaming service, both of which are grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
The screenshot that @KangJL shared very clearly shows that your website was sharing popular movies. We believe that they are pirated, because we do not believe that you have obtained legal rights to redistribute these movies on your website. So far, you have not shown any evidence proving the contrary. Until then, we conclude that your website is engaged in copyright violation, which is illegal, and illegal activity is prohibited on our service. And we reserve the right to suspend or terminate websites that we believe are in violation of our terms, which is exactly what we did.
We are required by law to take down illegal content as soon as we become aware of it. If we didn’t take action the first time you shared your website, then either we didn’t notice it was a movie piracy site or the site wasn’t working well enough for us to notice. If we could have known then, we messed up by not taking your website down earlier. If so, then my apologies for not taking your website down sooner. But I cannot apologize for taking your website down now, and I will not apologize because you assumed that you had our permission because we didn’t take it down sooner.
As for your hard work and livelihood being wasted:
Your hard work is spent on illegal activity and your livelihood is based on exploiting things that you obtained for free. InfinityFree does not prohibit commercial use, but we do not recommend it for business critical applications.
You can still launch your site elsewhere. Your domain is still your own, and support even offered to send you backups of your website. There is nothing stopping you from hosting your site elsewhere. You can just migrate everything and have your website up and running within a day. The only thing we do not allow is letting you host your website with us.
