Unable to use wordpress account installed via Softaculous on my wordpress app

Hello,

I install wordpress through Softaculous on my website. This website has a domain name attached. I then try to access the Wordpress on my wordpress app, I got error message, that my site is not a wordpress site. Whereas, the website has wordpress installed on it and working fine.

What should I do please?

You can only access WordPress through your website, not the WordPress app.
