Unable to sell digital content through Site.pro e-commerce

Other Information:

I have set up my Commerce on Site.pro website. I tried to buy/order digitally downloadable product myself (as a test). I paid for it using Stripe as a Payment getaway. I received the payment into my Stripe account however no downloadable link or email was sent to the email address which I specified while paying for the product? I also checked orders in "‘Check orders‘ tab and since the order was in ‘Pending‘ I changed it manually to ‘Complete‘ and ‘Paid‘. Then I clicked on ‘Send invoice

(continuation of my question/issue) … ‘Send invoice’, which was confirmed but no invoice nor link to download the digital product was received.
