Unable to Resolve MySQL Server Hostname sql204.infinityfree.com

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with my MySQL database connection on InfinityFree. I am unable to resolve the hostname sql204.infinityfree.com to an IP address. Here are the details:

  • Database Hostname: sql204.infinityfree.com
  • Database Name: if0_36749820_ailearn_db
  • Database User: if0_36749820
  • Database Password: [*********]

I have tried using nslookup and ping to resolve the hostname but without success.
I also changed my DNS settings to use Google DNS (8.8.8.8) but the issue persists.

Could anyone please help me obtain the correct IP address for sql204.infinityfree.com or provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

I now upgraded to premium hosting and paid for Super Premium (Monthly). I’m not sure what to do next because when i access my database again it still shows i need to upgrade. I’m confused.
