Unable to renew SSL Certificate

when attempting to renew SSL certificate (provider: google trust) on https://dash.infinityfree.com/ get an error:

“Custom SSL certificates are no longer supported for free subdomains. All free subdomains have SSL by default.
Free subdomains no longer support custom SSL certificates, and are automatically protected by a system wide certificate.”

so does this mean, we no longer have to renew SSL certificates every 30 days for our free websites, but the free site will now use infinityfree’s certificate?

That’s right, you no longer need to manually renew SSL certificates for your free subdomains. All free subdomains now come with SSL by default. For more information, please read:
