Unable to read sitemap

i have a problem with gsc the sitemaps Unable to read sitemap i contacted rankmath support
and they said to contact the hosting provider

( I searched all the formes)
full error incorrect http header content-type: “text/html” (expected: “application/xml”)

Hi lmsversa,

Their attempt to pull sitemaps has been blocked by this security system on free hosting.

Please note that we have taken special precautions to make sure that search engine crawlers can access your site. So even though a sitemap validator will not be able to access your site, Google itself will be completely unaffected by this.
