When I try to login using the correct information, it tells me Login Failed. When I try to get my password sent to my email address, again the correct one, the site breaks with the error message Unable to Handle Request.
I use that gallery to host my artwork. I’d like to upload new stuff but can’t do it. Please advise.
Do you have a way of getting a more detailed error message than that? InfinityFree doesn’t develop or manage Coppermine in anyway, so your best chance of getting support with it is to contact the developers themselves. The footer at the bottom of your website takes me to https://coppermine-gallery.com/ as Coppermine’s official site, so that seems like a good place to start.
The password reset emails probably don’t work because email is heavily restricted on our hosting.
Did you install the software with Softaculous? If so, you can check your admin credentials from Softaculous, or just use it to login to your website.
