I am unable to login to my account. I know my username and password, but it is telling me two factor authentication is setup. I don’t remember setting it up and I don’t have a recovery code. Is there a way to recover my account?

My domain is currently hosted on the site. How do I recover it if I can’t login?

I received an email saying my account will be deleted if I don’t login by December 1st, but I am unable to login.

If you still have the control panel credentials then you can try logging into cpanel.infinityfree.com and FTP to backup your files and database. Then you can remove the website on the old account, create another hosting account under a client area profile that you have access to (like the one you are using right now), then migrate the website into that account.

If you’re getting the email about your client area profile, then as you can read in the email, that profile has not seen any activity in the last 18 months, including have ANY accounts in that time.

So the profile you’re getting an email cannot have any accounts, and as such cannot host any domains.

Since you were clearly unaware of it’s existence, want to get rid of the domain, and are not able to login, I suggest to just wait for the automatic deletion and forget that that profile ever existed.
