Make sure you are using the FTP password found in the client area (different from what you use to login to the client area). If it’s still not working, try resetting your hosting account password from the client area, NOT the control panel, then wait 5 minutes and try again.

Thanks for the help. the steps i followed. changed the password i used to login infinityfree regenerated a new password for Hosting Account tried login and ftp working.
