I don’t know why, but i First entered in my site with my tablet, i take some update to my css file, the second time i Watch the website with my tablet nothing changed, but in my PC was everything perfect, and in my tablet Is still the same, idk why, help please

Please clear the browser cache by pressing a few times Ctrl + F5 while viewing your website.
If that doesn’t work (because some browsers are stubborn) then follow these instructions:

But if in future i want to update my site, every user that has entered in the site must do that? is there a solution to above this and reload automatically?

Yes, any page that uses php will will need a .php extension
