Unable to Host Site

My website URL is: mayanksingh.net

What I’m seeing is:
I have hosted my site on unaux before, but Now I want to host my site on Infinityfree but when I try to create my hosting account using my custom domain mayanksingh, I get an error “The selected domain is already in use on unaux Please remove the domain from your account at unaux before you can host it on InfinityFree” I have also pointed my domain to thenameservers: ns1.epizy and ns2.epizy I’m getting the same error.
Please tell what to do in order to make my site hosted on infinityfree.

Please remove the domain from your account at unaux.com before you can host it on InfinityFree

The message seems self explanatory to me. Could you remove the domain name from the other provider?

I have already deactivated my account on profreehost from which this domain was attached and I have also changed nameserver on godaddy.

If their closing/deactivation works anything like we used to offer it before, then closing/deactivating an account does NOT remove the domain names from the account. So you need to reactivate the account, go into the control panel, remove the domains, and then deactivate the account again.

(this is a frequent source of confusion, and one of the reasons why we don’t offer this functionality anymore)
