the website works, but i’m no longer able to access the files via file manager, an thus modify its contents. It happened 24h ago and the problem has not resolved itself.

In addition, I get this message :

2 questions,
Can you still access it via FTP? (ie Filezilla or simmilar)
Did you change anything just before this error happened? Like maybe running the site pro website builder?

I think both issues have the same underlying cause: something is wrong with the FTP connection for your account. Both the file manager and the publishing check use FTP under the hood.

Could you please have a look and see if there is anything in here that might help you?

TLDR: Changing the account password worked for me

Thanks Dan and Admin for your answers.

I have installed filezilla on my pc, but the credentials in the FTP Details section of the account didn’t seem to work, saying the credentials were wrong. I changed the account password, and logged in again, and now the file manager works fine.
