I am seeing this error, wanted to make sure if it is related to the incorrectly suspended issue or if it might be something completly different.

This is just due to slow caching it will eventually catch up.
If you are in doubt whether the issue you have is related to another topic, please just create a separate topic next time. Mixing potentially unrelated issues into a single topic just makes a mess and obfuscates relevant information.
I checked the directory status for your account now, and it seems to be working fine. So you probably just experienced some temporary issue.
